Supports our local creative economy, creating professional opportunities for local producers, makers, and teaching artists, totaling over $300,000 paid out in artist fees over the last year.
Sustains community cultural events like Eugene’s First Friday ArtWalk, bringing together more than 15,000 Lane County residents and visitors annually.
Ensures students have access to high-quality arts learning through Lane Arts Council programs, which are built to cultivate students’ critical thinking skills, engage with core curriculum in new ways, and explore career pathways in creative fields.
Contributes to local arts advocacy and collaboration as we partnerwith local nonprofits,educators, community supporters, and regional and state officials to advance arts and culture for all.
